1.We accept order cancellation before the shipment and production.
Usually, products will be shipped within 1-3 days and it’s the best period to request the cancellation.
We will notify you by sending e-mail if your order has been successfully canceled and you will get a full refund.
We cannot cancel the order under the situation like the product had been already shipped out.
2.Missing item(s), wrong item(s) or incorrect package sent.
Please make sure the package is in good condition (no traces of being opened) and confirm the contents before signing the package.
For any issues, please contact us and follow our warranty process:
- Provide your order number and your e-mail address.
- Please send us a clear picture of the outer packaging, shipping labels, and the item you received.
3.Possible solutions after the problem is confirmed by Drunkdeer:
If there is an item missing, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
If you received a wrong item, we will refund you in full or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available) and we will judge the situation and tell you whether need to send back the wrong item or not.
Return of the product also depends completely on the warranty of the product. We do not accept a random return of products unless there is a quality issue which cannot be solved. If you return the products randomly, we will not offer any refund.
You can write us an e-mail at email@example.com if there is any quality issue. And we will suggest solutions to you. If we feel that the issue needs to be checked by our R&D team, we will inform you to return and we will offer you a replacement product. You can e-mail us and we will provide you with the address of our warehouse based on your location.
4.I want to return the product because I don’t like it.
According to our warranty policy, if it is not related to product quality problem, and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to request it within 7 days since product/parcel receipt, and the customer needs to pay the return shipping cos since we’re not able to request return shipping label from courier partner at the moment. You have to check the return cost with the courier or postal service by yourself.
And please provide tracking number to us once you shipped out the return product. We will issue a refund for the product once we received it in our warehouse (we will not cover the shipping cost from and to our warehouse). You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide you our warehouse’s address.
5.Received wrong product
If the product you have received is not what you ordered, please provide an image of the product and tracking number written or printed on paper. Sent an e-mail to us at email@example.com within 7days after the delivery. We will resend the right product to you after confirmation.
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. The order can’t be canceled if product have already gone out of our warehouse.
7.Refunds (if applicable)
We offer refund/replacement only after we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
8.Late or missing refunds
Please check your payment accounts again first if you didn’t receive you refund.
Then the bank and credit card company should be checked next. It will take some time before the refund is posted.
